Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that the US consented to begin chats on security guarantees for Russia right on time one year from now in Geneva.
Talking at a yearly news meeting on Thursday in Moscow, Putin said that up to this point, the US response to Russia’s proposition on security is positive.
“Our American accomplices say they are prepared to begin these arrangements at the earliest reference point of the following year in Geneva,” the president said.
