Lego has revealed the latest collectible “mystery” bags of Minifigures and this time around, it is based on the Marvel Cinematic universe.
The collection includes characters from WandaVision (released on the 15th of January 2021), The falcon and the winter soldier (released on the 19th of March 2021), what if…? And Loki (released on the 9th of June 2021)
These bags also include separate accessories for each of the figures and even animal companions.
Each bag of the “mystery bags” comes unlabeled and can include any of the twelve characters. The company first started this to sell miscellaneous, not themes Minifigures but have now licensed IPs such as DC Comics, the Simpsons, and even harry potter.
The MCU mystery bags, according to LEGO.com will be released on September 1st and will cost $4.99 which is roughly 371.60 rupees.
“Action lovers young and old can collect, display or add cool character Minifigures into their current playsets from marvel studios’ original series WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki and what if…? Featuring The Scalet Witch, The Vision, Monica Rambeau, Winter Soldier, Captain America, Loki, Sylvie, T’challa star lord, captain carter, Gamora with the blade of Thanos, Zombie hunter Spidey, and Zombie Captain America.”
Till 2021, Hasbro was the only one with the license to produce Marvel-themed action figures.

Although LEGO has released many themes sets of Marvel, they were unable to sell them as stand-alone, because it would have been a violation of Hasbro’s contract exclusivity.
Fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting for it to be released for many years. It has excited them a lot to see that they are able to get more merchandise in fluidity.
Hopefully, with this new loosened contract, we will be able to see some Minifigures based on Star Wars characters.
